Depending on the complexity of the sauce, and the method of creating the sauce (e.g. matching, duplication or custom creation) time can vary.  Another factor could be the time of year, and if you want us to use freshly-picked tomatoes.  We normally operate as expeditiously as possible, with a goal of delivering something to you within a matter of months, once the formula has been approved by your team.
