Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is specially produced from wine vinegar from selected Italian wine cellars. Concentrated grapes must be cooked from these seven grape varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, and Montù.
